Ahh Tuesday...

Only a few more days until the boom of New Years Eve. Which means more drinking, loud noises, some toasts to the upcoming new year and repeat that cycle. Its funny, christmas came and went so fast for me it was like I never really felt it. Yeah, the usuall christmas thing hasnt changed, I go to reunions on both my mom and dad's side, me and my cousins, aunts and uncles get drunk, exchange gifts, eat, and we all go home around 3am and above..

It hasnt even fully sunk in yet that xmas is over. I think this year was really different from the past years. A lot of things have happened this 2004 which changed all of us in different ways. Me and most of my cousins from my dad's side are working now. 4 of us never even finished college yet. Sieg and Sab are now parents to a bouncing cute baby boy named Sancho. Kids cute, but he looks really taray! I can already picture him bullying his classmates at kindergarten hehehe. Friends have graduated, people are getting older and more mature(at least most are getting mature...) and we cant help but accept the fact that we arent getting any younger.

A few years ago, our idea of fun was going out partying and drinking all night in some bar or club in Makati. Now, we just stay at either of our houses, we drink and talk, and THAT is a gimik all in itself. Can you blame us? Sometimes, going to Makati doesnt appeal to us anymore. Probably coz we've been going there so much at such a young age, we get tired of it. The excitement isnt there anymore. The thrill long gone, and passe. Do we have a sure-fire idea for a gimik that never fails to excite us and we never get tired of?! Yeah, there is the BEACH. But its so hard to get everyone together for a great few days of being beached out. Scheduling conflicts of work, school, and the usuall hoo-ha's.

So what does 2005 have in store for us? Well, I'm looking forward to saving more money and going all out this summer. I wanna go and visit relatives in the US, go beach hopping and travel around the Visayas region with friends, buy more stuff for myself and my family and a whole lot more. More of my friends will be graduating also this coming year. That means soon, all of us will be part of the working class. My brother and some of my cousins will now start college also. Age slowly creeps up on us all, yet I can still remember vividly the things we used to do during high school.

Times and people change, but there are still a lot of unforeseen events that await us in the coming years, months and days. Before that happens, we have to boom in the new year first. Cheers to that!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL!!! =)

Theres this guy who seems to be stealing my image. Ok, so he's not really stealing my image, but he really looks like me and its kinda freaky. He's the guy at that billboard for Sarabia Optical thats just about the start of the Skyway ramp. I actually noticed this first when I passed by that area of the highway a week or two back. My first reaction was, "Is that me?! Holy shit, that guy looks just like me!". This was of course reaffirmed by some of my friends who told me the exact same thing. One even pointed out that we have the same hair, we both wear glasses(holy shit! i also had my glasses made in Sarabia Optical!), and he even dresses like me! That damn punk.. stealing my look!! Hahaha! Whatever!!

Anyway, I got home tonight way earlier than I'm supposed to. But the calls where almost non-existent tonight, so I got to get off earlier than usual. Before going home, I visited Sieg and Sab at Asian Hospital since Sab just gave birth(12/12/04) and took a peak at Lil Sancho. Cute kid!

CONGRATS TO SIEG AND SAB, AND WELCOME TO THE WORLD LIL SANCHO!! =)

I'm home now, and my bro Justin is fast asleep on my bed. I'll let him snooze for a while before I wake him up to transfer to his own room. Everyone likes sleeping in my room. I wonder why?! I'm sure my brothers will be sleeping in my room some nights while I'm at work. If it wont be him, it'll be Marc who'll claim kinship of my bed. Oh well..

What to do when your awake and cant sleep? The Real Madrid game isnt until like, 5 am, so I guess I'll just put my "helmet" on and play Final Fantasy for the Gamecube again. That game is freakin' long!!

Only 5 more days before I get my new Pioneer MP3 head unit!! Yeah bebe!! =)

Erratic.

Thats how I could best describe my sleeping habits the past few days. What can I say? Night shift is a killer on your body clock. Take today for instance, I slept at 6 am til like 3 pm. Then I slept again from like 1030 pm til 230 am. It really is the season for hibernating! I once again transformed my room, into the cave that it was a couple of months ago..

Money Money Money!

Thanks to my new night shift sched, I havent had any problems in saving my money! I already got my 13th month pay, and instead of spending it at once on a drinking spree or while on a gimik, I decided to save it. Thoughts have recently passed thru my head on where to spend it on. I went from buying the new S700i phone to a new game for my Nintendo, to just today, a new head unit for my car. I'm thinking of getting a new pioneer in-dash cd player and transfering the old pioneer and cd changer to my dad's car. But before I do that, I'll wait til my next pay day and thats when I'll decide on where to spend my cash. Who knows? I might decide on saving it once more. I think thats the wise choice in the end anyway. Hmm.. maybe save it for a summer trip to Bora or Cebu. Or convert it into dollars and order stuff from my dad the next time he goes to the US to trick out my room! Surround sound, a new television, whatever! Anything goes!

Changes..

I also havent been spending time with my friends , how can I with a sched as crazy as mine? I miss just bumming around and having a few drinks with the guys. Oh man, I just realized that I havent been drinking for quite some time now! Whoa! Oh yeah, our schedule changes, I think, every week.. So next week could be a different schedule all together. I cant complain though. This is life, and I'm on the next step after being stagnant a few steps down for like, years! I know most people would say that its about time too! Also, me and most of my cousins are already working and earning our own money. Signs that yes indeed, we are getting older. I have a feeling Christmas isnt going to be the same this year. Or New Years Eve for that matter..

Still. Life goes on.

I havent been posting lately.. too pre-occupied with my friggin' job. All the while I thought that working the graveyard shift would be alright, since I'm not new to be "up all night", but once you do experience it for a few days, it sure does SUCK!

Sleeping the day is fucking different, you wake up and its dark outside, and although you have slept for like, 7-8 hours, you still feel drained, tired, and weary. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention you still feel SLEEPY!

Most of the calls I've had we're either people complaining about their bills, or stupid people from Radio Shack, who seem to always find a way to screw a customer's account and relly on us to fix it for them. I just check the account of the customer first for them, then let out a laugh or "hooooly shit!" with an evil grin and then tell them, "You did this, its your responsibility." *BAM* Put the phone down on them, and then say, "Screw you motherfucker! I aint gonna clean up your mess!". Hahaha!

Its already 8:30 am.. most people are already awake or would just be getting up at this time. Me?! Im gonna hit the sack....

Maybe after watching an NBA game first. =)
